Abstract
An information system that contains data sets, documents, and dynamic cartography on the marine, coastal and oceanic environments of Colombia.
Its contents are grouped into biodiversity, use of marine resources (mainly fisheries), monitoring of mangroves, seagrasses, coral reefs, seawater quality, vulnerability to coastal erosion and climate change phenomena. The system is national and administered by INVEMAR.
